1.The complete working procedure of the machine is controlled by its PLC intelligent control system, which is imported, with data-input LCD. So an ideal man machine interaction is achieved by this PLC intelligent control system.. This machine has the functions for fault alarming and fault position displaying..
2. By low frequency raw materials feeding, high frequency vibrating and table\mould pressing and vibrating together,the machine can make the concrete fully liquefying and releasing the air within two or three seconds to reach high density and high strength..
3.The body of the machine is made of special shaped steel by welding and it is of split style design so that it is convenient for installing and excellent for prolonging the service life of the machine… All the moulds are made of alloy plates, which are treated by carburizing and quenching..
4. For upper pressing head, three hydraulic cylinders are adopted of which the intermediate small one is in charge of making the upper pressing head rising up quickly and the big two cylinders on the both sides for increasing the pressing force… They can provide suitable pressure force… They can provide suitable pressure to make the product forming quick…
